We are looking for an experienced individual to fill an exciting role within our Customer Service team.
Cairn Housing Association is a national provider with over 3,500 units in management across Scotland.
The successful candidate will provide a high standard of customer service to our tenants, customers and colleagues. To maintain the day-to-day running of the Court in accordance with Cairn HA’s policies and procedures. You will also deliver housing management services within the Court in accordance with policy and procedure, to deliver a high level of customer service whilst maintaining compliance to Health and Safety, to meet our agreed KPI’s, SLA’s and legislative requirements.
Due to the nature of the role we require you to be Computer literate – use of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel and internal systems are regularly required.
