We are looking for experienced individual to fill and exciting role within our Customer Service Team, Cairn Connect.
Cairn Housing Association is a national provider with over 4,300 units in management across Scotland.
Cairn Housing Association requires a Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for all enquiries to the Association. The role involves ensuring customer focused and efficient responses are provided from our cairn connect team.
The successful applicant will have experience of providing excellent front-line customer services within a contact centre environment.
A Basic Disclosure Scotland Scheme check is required for this post.
