Customer Services Advisor

Salary:
£19,447 to £24,309 per annum. Maximum entry point is £21,392 per annum dependent on qualifications and experience.
Work pattern:
Full Time 34.5 Hours per week, Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4.30pm.

We are looking for an experienced individual to fill an exciting role within our Customer Service department.

Cairn Housing Association is a national provider with over 3,500 units in management across Scotland.

Customer Service Advisor

Cairn Housing Association requires a Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for all enquiries to the Association. The role will involve ensuring customer focused and efficient responses are provided from our contact centre.

The successful applicant will have experience of providing excellent front-line customer services within a contact centre environment.

A Basic Disclosure Scotland Scheme check is also required for this post.

Closing date for receipt of completed applications is Friday 20th July 2018

It is intended that interviews will take place Wednesday 1st August 2018 in our Edinburgh Office.
