We are looking for an experienced individual to fill an exciting role within our Finance Team.
Cairn Housing Group is a national provider with over 3,500 units in management across Scotland.
Cairn Housing Group requires a Finance Operations Assistant which will be responsible To provide the day-to-day general management and administration of the properties operated by Cairn Homes & Services Ltd (CHS). You will also provide day to day financial accounting and administration services (with particular focus on factoring) to ensure the proper functioning of the finance team and support to other parts of the association.
You will report to the Finance Manager. It is essential that you either hold a HNC in accounting or have at least 2 years relevant experience or hold an CIH Qualification.
A Basic Disclosure Scotland Scheme check is required for this post.
