Salary:
The salary for this post is £50,450 to £63,063 + per annum + Car Allowance. Maximum entry point is £55,495 per annum dependent on qualifications and experience. This is currently under review through a companywide Job Evaluation Project
Work pattern:
34.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri)

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our Leadership Team to fulfil the role of Group Head of Business Services.

The Cairn Group is a national housing provider consisting of Cairn Housing Association, ANCHO Limited and Cairn Homes & Services Limited. After a period of significant modernisation and investment we are looking for an experienced and motivated Head of Service to drive our next phase of innovation and improvement. We would also welcome application from other sectors.

The Group Head of Business Services will be responsible for the provision of effective leadership which supports the Group in achieving improved performance service excellence, innovation and business growth
The successful applicant will have the ability to lead the Business Services function and be an active and enthusiastic participant within the Senior Management Team.  They will have a comprehensive understanding of performance management and improvement in additional to having experience of producing and managing strategy.
