Handyperson – Aitkin Court
Cairn Housing Association is a national provider with over 3,500 units in management across Scotland.
We are looking for an experienced individual to fill an exciting role within our Customer Service department.
The successful applicant will be required to undertake essential tasks within the Court to ensure standards of maintenance and safety within the communal areas are maintained and to ensure confidentiality of the Court and its tenants.
You should also to be Computer literate – the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and internal systems are regularly required.
A Basic Disclosure Scotland Scheme check is required for this post.
