Cairn Housing Association is a national provider with over 3,500 units in management across Scotland.
We are looking for an experienced individual to fill an exciting role within our Customer Services department.
- 17.5 hours per week
- The salary for this post is £20,031 to £25,038 (pro-rata for part time) per annum. Maximum entry point is £22,034 (pro-rata for part time) per annum dependent on qualifications and experience.
- Based in Bellshill
The successful applicant will have experience of providing administrative support to the tenancy management service at a local level and ensure that enquirers, applicants, tenants, residents, sharing owners and client agencies are dealt with professionally and courteously.
Due to the nature of the role there are a few additional things we require of you, you will need to be Computer literate –use of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel and internal systems are regularly required, and it would be desirable to hold a full UK driving licence as, dependant on the role, travel may be required.
