HR Business Partner
We require a permanent HR Business Partner to deliver an excellent HR support and advisory service by working in partnership with all internal and external stakeholders to provide professional advice on all areas of employment law and best practice, and support organisational change and improvement.
Experience of leading on organisation change and improvement projects such as TUPE, Restructures, and Policy Changes are likely to be advantageous.
Due to the nature of the role there are a few things we require of you, you will need to hold a Full UK Driver’s licence with use of your own vehicle and will be willing and able to travel throughout Scotland (and periodically stay away from home) including at short notice. You need to be Computer literate –use of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel and internal systems are regularly required.
We currently follow all Covid-19 working practice guidance and as such, you may be required to work from home for some or all of the contract period.
A Basic Disclosure Scotland Scheme check is required.
