We are looking for an experienced individual to fill an exciting role within our ICT and Digital Transformation Team.
ICT and Digital Transformation Assistant
Cairn Housing Association requires an ICT and Digital Transformation Assistant to provide first and second tier support. We are looking for a person who: will provide excellent customer service, is a team player, is organised, and pays attention to detail. This role might suit a newly graduated candidate of someone who has worked in first and second like support looking to expand their expertise.
Key duties would include:
- Woking in ICT Service Desk
- ICT Support for Cairn Users
- Microsoft Azure
- Asset Management
- Desktop Support and Cloud Support
- Assisting Officers on Projects
The successful applicant should have a HND level or other relevant qualification or 2 years relevant experience in a similar ICT Support role.
A Basic Disclosure Scotland Scheme check is required for this post.
