We are looking for an experienced individual to cover an exciting role within our Customer Services Team.
Cairn Housing Association requires an Investment Programme Assistant, to help update and maintain our asset management software system (PIMSS). The post primarily involves the maintenance of PIMSS modules and the gathering of data for areas such as Asbestos, Electrical Safety Certification, Energy Performance and stock condition data, in order to demonstrate compliance with regulations.
Travel maybe required to support the project.
You should be Computer literate – the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and internal systems are regularly required.
A Basic Disclosure Scotland Scheme check is required for this post.
