Cairn Housing Association is looking for someone to drive projects that leads to the modernisation of existing retirement accommodation to meet current and future tenant aspirations. The successful applicant will be reporting into the Head of Customer Services (Property Services) but they will take the lead on ensuring delivery of the project and its key objectives.
This is a high level role which will provide regular updates to Senior Management Team & Board. With your recommendations resulting in £18 million of investment to transform around one third of our stock we believe this is a unique and exciting opportunity for the right candidate to have significant impact on Cairn and our customers.
The successful applicant will have a degree level or equivalent professional qualification in related area: Regeneration, Housing or Property related qualification desirable (RICS or equivalent)
Due to the nature of the role there are a few additional things we require of you, you will need to be Computer literate –use of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel and internal systems are regularly required
