Temporary Housing Manager (Caithness) – 2 year Contract
Cairn Housing Association is a national provider with over 4,300 units in management across Scotland.
We are looking for an experienced individual to fill an exciting role within our Tenancy Services Team.
We require a Housing Manager to lead the delivery of our comprehensive neighbourhood focussed housing management service, the overall customer service offer that meet the Cairn Group’s Corporate Vision, Purpose, Values and Goals across our North area of operation that includes the Highlands and Caithness, supporting the Regional Lead in the leadership of the Caithness area, including deputising where appropriate and necessary. The role will also include providing active and visible operational leadership to manage, motivate, support, and inspire a team to deliver a high quality housing management and support service ensuring customers’ needs are met and strategic objectives and team plans are successfully delivered and ensuring that the team provides excellent services and constantly seeks opportunities to improve and develop services to fulfil the Groups goals.
The successful applicant should be educated to degree level and /or significant experience of working in a similar operational management role, have at least 5 years’ experience of developing and managing staff, experience of working with older people or in a supported housing / sheltered environment and demonstrated experience of designing and implementing new approaches to understanding customer experience.
