Cairn Housing Association is a national provider with over 3,500 units in management across Scotland.
We are looking for an experienced individual to fill an exciting role within our organisation.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly individual who enjoys working with people and can provide a highly responsive service within our Customer Services team. The successful candidate will be required to deliver good quality advice on debt, money and welfare benefits for Cairn customers throughout Scotland.
Additionally you will work closely with external organisations to maximise income levels for our tenants. Experience of statutory benefits and social welfare matters along with outstanding and effective communication, organisational and IT skills are essential.
You should also to be Computer literate – the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and internal systems are regularly required.
