We have been made aware that Allpay, the company that manage rent payments for many of our tenants, has experienced a fault with their direct debit systems. This has meant that some of our tenants have had their direct debits taken twice from their accounts.
We worked closely with Allpay to identify where double payments have been taken and we have since attempted contacted with all of those affected tenants to discuss this with them.
The current advice from Allpay is for individuals to contact their bank if they have been affected by this and request a refund of their duplicate direct debit under the direct debit guarantee.
Please accept our sincere apologies if you have been affected by this error and be assured we are doing all we can to ensure tenants are kept up to date. We will continue to post updates as soon as we receive these from Allpay.
