Every year Cairn submits a statistical return to the Scottish Housing Regulator which details how we have performed against the individual outcomes of the Scottish Housing Charter. The regulator has now published their landlord reports for every registered social landlord on their website. They also have a handy online tool where you can compare Cairn’s performance alongside other landlords.
We’re also required to make available our own performance report which we’re working on now and will be available in a few weeks, so watch this space.
