We have launched our transformative new business plan, propelled by insights gathered directly from tenants, staff and stakeholders. Designed to align with our overarching vision of Great Homes, Great Services, Great People, this strategic roadmap sets out six pivotal outcomes to guide our efforts in the coming years.
Under the leadership of newly appointed Chief Executive, Audrey Simpson, the plan reflects a fresh chapter in our journey, focusing on innovation, sustainability, and a commitment to meeting the evolving needs of our tenants and communities across Scotland. People, relationships and partnerships will have an elevated focus, with this connection key to our success. Building a stronger platform for tenants and customers to connect with us through meaningful and targeted engagement is a key priority.
