Tier 4 Restrictions
On the 26th December, all of Scotland will enter Level 4. This has an impact on the services we can provide. We will be adopting Level 4 service arrangements from when we reopen after the Christmas break on Tuesday 5th January 2021. You can find out about these changes on our Service Route Map by clicking here.
During the Christmas and New Year break you can continue to report emergency repairs as usual by calling 0800 990 3405.
What happens if there is a case in your court?
Our advice for tenants in sheltered or retirement courts where there is a positive case remains the same.
If there is a positive case in your court, a member of Public Health Scotland’s Contact tracing team will be in touch with you if you have been in close contact with the affected resident. If you have recently been in contact with them, you will be asked to self-isolate.
If you start to show symptoms, please arrange to get a Covid-19 test.
What you can do
Please make sure you are continuing to follow the Scottish Government guidance of social distancing, wearing face coverings in communal spaces and washing hands regularly.
If you haven’t already downloaded the Test and Protect App, please do so. The app is designed to reduce the spread of coronavirus by informing people who may need to need to isolate and preventing further lockdowns. The more people who use the app the better it will work.
