Applications can be submitted via our online form or by emailing a completed application to CommunityFund@cairnha.com.
All applications will be reviewed by the Cairn Community Fund Panel on a rolling basis, and applicants will receive feedback within 10 working days of the panel’s decision.

What Kind of Projects Are Eligible?
Projects must meet at least one of the following objectives:
- Support tenancy sustainment or financial inclusion
- Enhance quality of life and promote community cohesion
- Improve the local environment
- Encourage tenant participation
- Reduce isolation or improve health and wellbeing
- Foster partnerships with other organisations
Grants of up to £2,000 are available, and while match funding isn’t required, applications that demonstrate additional support may be viewed more favourably.
