Cairn is developing a new business plan that will set our priorities, spending decisions and strategic direction for the three years from April 2027 to 2030. A business plan is an important document that guides how we use our resources, improve our services, invest in our homes and communities, and respond to the challenges and opportunities facing the organisation in the years ahead.
As a Cairn tenant, your views are essential in helping us shape that future. We want to understand what matters most to you, where you think we should focus our efforts, and how we can deliver the greatest value for our customers and communities. Your feedback will help us make informed decisions about service improvements, investment priorities, customer experience, sustainability, community support and future growth.
This survey is completely anonymous, and your individual responses cannot be identified. We are committed to listening to what customers tell us and using that feedback to help shape our plans. This also means we cannot respond to any individual issues raised, but please do contact us if you require our support. Once the survey has closed, we will share a summary of the feedback we received and explain how it has influenced the development of the new business plan.
