Cairn Housing Group, a leading provider of affordable housing and community services in Scotland, is pleased to announce significant changes to its board members across organisations, Cairn Housing Association, Ancho, and Pentland Community Enterprise.
Cairn Housing Association
Don Jamieson, the outgoing Chair of Cairn Housing Association, has decided to step down from his role as Chair while continuing to serve on the board for another year. Stepping into the position of Chair is Angus Lamont, who previously served as Vice Chair. Lizzie Crawford has been appointed as the new Vice Chair. Angus Lamont, who is now retired, brings a wealth of experience to his new role, having dedicated nearly 35 years to the housing sector. His career includes notable positions as Director of Housing at Comhairle Nan Eilean Siar (Western Isles Council) and Chief Executive of the Hebridean Housing Partnership.
Ancho
At the recent Ancho Annual General Meeting, Michael Donnelly decided to step down from the Ancho Board. Bill Finlay, the current Chair, will continue to serve in his role. Joining the Ancho Board is Suzie Lyons, a new member who will contribute her expertise and fresh perspective to the organisation.
Pentland Community Enterprise
Pentland Community Enterprise is delighted to welcome two new members to its Board. Claire Ferguson and Samantha Cribb have joined the team, bringing their unique backgrounds and skills to further enhance the community-focused initiatives of the organisation.
