To support our customer service team while the schools are closed, we are reducing the times you can reach us on the phone.
You can call us from 9.30am – 3pm, Monday to Friday. We are closed for lunch from 12 – 1pm. At all other times calling 0800 990 3405 will put you through to our out of hours service, where you can report emergency repairs 24/7.
We are available digitally (through My Cairn, webchat, Facebook Messenger or by emailing enquiries@cairnha.com ) from 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday (4.30pm on Fridays). We are also closed for digital enquiries between 12 and 1pm.
