We included a survey in our email newsletter in December to ask tenants what they thought about the bi-monthly email bulletins we’ve recently started sending them. The consultation was sent to 1,115 tenants and we received 188 responses. Tenants were asked three questions:
- What do you like about the email bulletins?
- Is there anything you don’t like?
- Is there anything you’d like to see us include in a future newsletter bulletin?
Our tenants demonstrated an overwhelmingly positive response to our email newsletter, with 98% of respondents saying they liked the new format. The responses show that the tenants like our content the most, but they also like how emails are accessible and kinder to the environment.
We will be including future content suggestions in our next bulletins.
