The Scottish Housing Regulator has published their fifth annual report which outlines their analysis of landlords’ Annual Return on the Charter for 2017/18. The report covers the performance of 160 registered social landlords and 32 local authorities and how they are progressing to achieving the Scottish Social Housing Charter’s standards and outcomes.
