Severe weather update: Monday

Our offices have now reopened and all services available to our customers.  We were able to continue to respond to enquiries throughout last week because of our flexible working arrangements that allow our staff to work from home.  Nevertheless, our repairs service had to prioritise emergency repairs in some cases so we’re very grateful for the patience and understanding of our customers.  The weather may hold a few surprises yet so we’ll continue to monitor the forecast and let you know of any disruptions to our services.
