We are improving how we involve tenants in decision making here at Cairn. Thank you to those of you have been involved with the project so far. Your input has been hugely valuable; it’s already helped us understand what’s working, where the gaps are, and what needs to change.
We’re now developing a new tenant engagement strategy. Staff across Cairn have taken a fresh look at what good involvement should look like, based on their own experience, tenant feedback, and best practice examples. Now we want to know what you think. We have a created a short survey so you can give us your feedback and help shape what happens next.

The survey
The survey asks for your views on the principles and ideas it contains — whether they feel right, what might be missing, and how they could be improved. You can fill out the survey here.
Prize draw
Everyone who completes the survey and includes their contact details will be entered into a prize draw to win a £50 shopping voucher.
What happens next?
The survey closes on Friday 20th June 2025. After that, we’ll review all the responses and share what we’ve learned. Your feedback will directly influence the final version of our Tenant Engagement Strategy for 2025–2030.
