The Thurso office has successfully trialled a new appointment system which allows tenants to speak with a specific member of staff.
The appointment system aimed to give tenants the opportunity to have a face-to-face discussion with a specific staff member at a date and time that suited them.
Following a successful trial period, we can now announce that the Board has agreed to make the Thurso office’s appointment system permanent.
The process begins with a tenant getting in touch via Cairn Connect to request an appointment with a member of staff.
A case is then raised, and the tenant is contacted to gather further information about what they would like to discuss during their visit.
Staff will first attempt to resolve the query over the phone. However, if a face-to-face appointment is required, the Thurso office can offer the tenant a suitable day and time.
This appointment system represents a positive outcome for both tenants and staff at the Thurso office.
