We are looking for an experienced individual to fill an exciting role within our organisation.
Cairn Housing Association requires an Income Assistant to provide a day-to-day financial accounting and administration service to ensure income management accounts are accurately updated.
Your key responsibilities will include processing rental income postings, processing and maintaining weekly and monthly direct debits for all income and checking accuracy of nominal ledger postings.
You should be Computer literate – the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and internal systems are regularly required.
A Basic Disclosure Scotland Scheme check is also required for this post.
