Our Business Plan 2015 – 2018 has been updated for Year 3. This is one of our key documents and it sets out our direction of travel for the organisation.
The plan has been built around our ‘three pillars’:
- Great homes – improve the quality of our homes and build new homes
- Great services – reduce customer effort, increase satisfaction and deliver value for money
- Great people – engage our people and maximise their potential to deliver great services
