Checking your rent balance on the go
With our new text message service, you can now check your rent balance wherever and whenever you like. This new service not only makes it convenient to access your balance, but also helps you to keep on top of your rent payments.
How can I check my rent balance?
All you need to do is text the word BALANCE to 07908 665 102, and you will be sent your rent balance by text message.
To make future rent balance checks even easier, simply save our number as a contact in your phone.
Please be aware that Cairn will not charge you for using this service, but your mobile phone supplier might.
