Thank you to everyone who took the time to share their views during this year’s rent consultation. We know that any change to rent is important, and your feedback plays a key role in helping us make informed decisions.
For the first time, we are sharing a full rent consultation feedback report. This is part of our commitment to being more open and transparent about how decisions are made, what you told us, and how we’ve taken this into account. The report includes a summary of the feedback we received, the reasons behind the rent increase, and how your rent is used to deliver services and invest in your homes.
We’ve recently made changes within Cairn to strengthen how we listen to and engage with tenants. With new roles focused on tenant engagement and customer insight, you can expect to hear more from us about what you’ve told us and what we’re doing in response. This report is just the start of that.
