Thanks to everyone who took part in our tenant satisfaction survey over the summer. We asked independent researchers Research Resource to find out what you think about Cairn and the services we provide – and the results are now in!
A total of 966 tenants from across Scotland shared their views, giving us a really valuable picture of what you think we’re doing well and where you think we could do better.
We’ve put together a report sharing the results, including how satisfied tenants are with their homes, our services and Cairn overall.
