Cairn Housing Association are celebrating being named one of the best not-for-profit organisations in the UK to work for, after making the prestigious Sunday Times top 100 employers list.
Cairn’s award comes after several years of continuous and sustained performance improvements and organisational development across the Association. This year Cairn has identified staff engagement as their ‘wildly important goal’ which will ensure that providing a working environment that enables and motivates colleagues to do a great job continues to be an organisational priority.
