At the beginning of the coronavirus outbreak, we suspended all work on empty homes and the allocation of our homes in line with guidance from the Scottish Government.
We have recently had confirmation from the Scottish Government that we are now able to carry out work to our empty homes and start to let our homes again. Bringing empty properties into use is vital to ensure that we can continue to provide safe and secure accommodation to those in need of housing.
In the coming weeks you might see tradespeople in your community and in our sheltered and retirement courts. Please be assured that we have developed safe working procedures to protect both them and you.
To help keep our tradespeople, staff, and tenants safe, please make sure you respect social distancing by keeping 2 metres apart at all times.
