Most of our sheltered and retirement courts now have additional cleaning in place, with thanks to our existing court staff who have taken on additional hours, volunteers from other Cairn teams, or contractors we have appointed to carry out the work. Having these additional measures in place has been a priority to ensure the safety of our tenants, staff and contractors carrying out essential repairs and maintenance.
In response to tenant feedback, Cairn will cover the costs of all additional cleaning provided at our sheltered and retirement courts. We will review these arrangements again on 1st June 2020.
