Cairn Housing Association is inviting tender submissions for the supply of materials for our building and maintenance services. The contract has been advertised on the Public Contracts Scotland website and the Materials Management Contract document is available to download.  The deadline date for tender submissions is 29/09/17.

We all watched in horror last week as events unfolded at Grenfell Tower in London. Our hearts go out to everyone affected by the devastating fire. Cairn Housing Association doesn’t manage any large multi-storey blocks like Grenfell Tower but, nevertheless, we wanted to reassure you that we are not complacent and we take fire safety…

We installed new bathrooms in 2015 and a new communal gas boiler in 2016 at our properties in Wimberley Court.

We installed new kitchens at our properties in Westray Terrace in 2015.

We installed new bathrooms at our properties in Townhead throughout 2016/17.

We installed new kitchens at our properties in Thornhill Road in 2015.

We installed new bathrooms and new kitchens at Stuart Court. We also installed new electric heating in the bungalows.
